This book is enlightening, refreshing and energizing. What a breath of fresh air! You will feel as if you are having a motivating face-to-face conversation with the author, as the words are heartfelt and the tone genuine. By the middle of the first chapter your mind and soul are ready to experience all the blessings that are intended for you. You will find yourself returning to this book over and over for the "breath of fresh air" feeling it's author creates. It's worth every penny!

This book was conceived on the morning of, December 21, 2005 after meditation, the word came flooding to the forefront, and I felt compelled to write it. I sat down and started to write, the words came flooding out of me onto the pages without effort.

As usual on Christmas day, I was invited to my brothers house for brunch, normally after brunch, we would visit other family members for the day, however brunch was it for me.

I was so consumed with writing, I returned home and continued to write until the words stopped flowing. When the flow stopped I felt completely empty.

At first I thought that I had written for myself. Shortly after I felt compelled to share it with you.
